Terms of Service

Passo Trading is a trading journal: it is not a broker, not an adviser, and it never trades for you. Last updated: October 26, 2026.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using Passo Trading, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. These terms are between you and Eran Maron, Israel.

2. The service

Passo Trading lets you import your trading records, optionally connect a Tradovate account with read-only access, and review your trades, statistics, rules and discipline. The service is offered as a pilot and may change while it develops.

3. No advice, not a broker

Passo Trading does not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and does not recommend any trade, instrument or strategy. Statistics, discipline scores and progress views are tools for reviewing your own activity. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

4. Connecting Tradovate

• Connecting is optional, and you approve it on Tradovate's own authorization screen. We never receive your Tradovate password.
• The access is read-only. Passo Trading cannot place, modify or cancel orders.
• You can disconnect at any time in Settings. Tradovate may also let you revoke the access from your Tradovate account settings.
• Tradovate's terms govern your Tradovate account. Tradovate may change or limit its interface at any time, so we cannot promise that the connection is always available.

5. Independence and trademarks

Passo Trading is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by NinjaTrader, Tradovate, or any proprietary trading firm. Their names are used only to describe compatibility.

NinjaTrader® is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader Group, LLC. No NinjaTrader company has any affiliation with the owner, developer, or provider of the products or services described herein, or any interest, ownership or otherwise, in any such product or service, or endorses, recommends or approves any such product or service.

6. Information about prop firm rules

Any summary of a proprietary trading firm's rules shown in Passo Trading may be incomplete or out of date. The firm's own published rules always govern; check them with the firm.

7. Risk disclosure

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones' financial security or life style. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Examples and screenshots on our website use illustrative data, not actual trading results.

8. Your data

You own the data you import or connect. You give us a limited license to store, process and display it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to import the data you upload.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service unlawfully; try to access another user's data or our systems without permission; interfere with or overload the service; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; scrape it with automated tools; share your account; or upload malicious code.

10. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us at once at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

11. Fees

The service is free of charge during the pilot. We will give you notice before introducing any fee, and you can stop using the service before it applies.

During the pilot, access is by invitation only.

12. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where possible. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Imported files and data from third parties can contain errors, so we do not warrant that any figure is accurate or complete. Check important figures against your broker's statements.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover our reasonable losses from claims caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

16. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. After termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes go to the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, unless the law of your country gives you other rights.

18. Changes to these terms

We will post changes here and update the date above. For material changes we will notify you at least 14 days in advance; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
